Equipment Feet You Wear

My early years at Adidas were a formative period in my career, shaping my approach to design and innovation. Leading the outdoor Adventure design team, I was entrusted by Peter Moore with creative freedom to develop the Adidas Equipment Feet You Wear line—a groundbreaking collection of functional footwear that disrupted the market. These designs enhanced the natural movement of the foot while meeting the specific needs of athletes, embodying the principle that form should be driven by insight, need, and function.

This experience transformed my perspective on product design, demonstrating the power of combining passion with an authentic brand and a positive, fearless culture. Two models from the line, the EQT X.T.R and EQT Badlander, achieved cult status and were recently re-released, marking a full-circle moment in my career.

This period remains one of the most rewarding chapters of my professional journey, laying the foundation for a design philosophy rooted in boldness, innovation, and meaningful impact.
