Fox Racing

After transitioning from consulting, I joined Fox Racing full-time as Director of Design, to pursue my passion for Moto and fully immerse myself in the brand and industry. As well as the opportunity to work directly with the world’s best Motocross Athletes; James “Bubba” Stewart, “The GOAT” Ricky Carmichael, Jeff “Fro” Emig, Ryan Dungey, Trey Canard, Ken Roczen, Eli Tomac, and Justin Barcia.

The goal was clear: to build the best Moto Design Team in the industry, starting with a strong cultural foundation, a talented team driven by a shared passion for Moto, and a commitment to delivering high standards and best practices.

At first, the team faced significant challenges, including gaps in culture, leadership, and processes. However, through hard work, dedication, and a focus on building a healthy, high-performance culture, we laid the groundwork for long-term success. Over the next two years, I truly believe we achieved our goal, establishing an enduring legacy as the industry’s top Moto Design Team.

Once we had this solid foundation in place, we shifted our focus to innovation. With our collective expertise and the power of the Fox Racing brand behind us, we set out to challenge the status quo and push boundaries. Our efforts culminated in the creation of the INSTINCT MotoCross Boot, which stands as a prime example of our commitment to innovation and excellence.
